Assisted with triaging and investigating security incidents, detailing initial actions taken and determining cause and severity.
Worked closely with infrastructure engineers and project team to design and implement an organisation wide SASE solution.
Demonstrated a knack for troubleshooting and identifying solutions while exploring different tool capabilities, questioning the status quo and proposing changes to optimise security and usability.
Proactively implemented security awareness campaigns for 500+ employees, based on identified risks and threats specific to the target audiences.
